Paramount Canada’s Wonderland is located just north of Toronto near Vaughan, Ontario. It is one of North America’s premier amusement parks featuring more then 200 attractions, including 60 thrill rides. The park features eight themed areas set on 330 acres of land. Although officially opened to the public in 1981 the idea to build a world-class amusement park was formulated as early 1972. Toronto was considered an excellent site on which to build. Other areas were considered including Niagara Falls, Ontario, but the present site was selected because of it’s close proximity to the 400 series highways and its close location to Toronto.

Paramount Canada's Wonderland is located just minutes north of Toronto off Highway 400, just 10 minutes north of Highway 401. Exit Rutherford Rd. if heading north or south on Highway 400.
