Flowerpot Island

Flower Pot Island Ontario Boat Tours

Experience natural wonder - limestone stacks, cliffs and beautiful wildflowers. Hike around the island, take a lighthouse tour. Tour boats run from May to October.

Flowerpot Island, one of Canada’s most fascinating natural attractions is just 6.5 kilometers off the coast of Tobermory. Flowerpot Island is famous for its natural sea stacks, its caves, historic lightstation and variety of rare plants.

It is accessible only by boat. Regular tours run out of Tobermory to the island daily.

Those who visit the Flowerpot Island, should carry sturdy running shoes, sunlasses, drinking water etc.

The fee to access Flowerpot Island, may be paid at the National Park Visitor Centre in Tobermory or at the Bruce Anchor Cruises boat tour ticket booth.

Flowerpot Island is an ideal place for hiking and smimming. The historic Flowerpot Lightstation is a must-sea feature of Flowerpot Island.
