Eugenia, Ontario

Eugenia , Ontario is located north of Flesherton in Grey County. The community is best known for Lake Eugenia and Eugenia Falls as well as the Beaver River. The area below Eugenia Falls, known as Cuckoo Valley was the site of a gold rush in the mid 1800’s. An early hydro-electric project captured power from the Beaver River. Today the community celebrates the Eugenia Gold Rush Days with a festival every July.
