With CVC owning and/or managing close to 60 properties in the watershed, not all of them will be promoted or have facilities for public use. Forest Conservation Areas and other properties are owned by CVC for protection in perpetuity. Unless otherwise stated, hiking or walking are the only permitted activities in these areas and only on designated trails. Here's a list of some of these properties:
