Backus Heritage Conservation Area & Camping

History meets nature at Backus. Stroll through historic buildings and conservation area. Discover a National Historic Site. Unique nature centre and Backus Woods. Family fun and special events.

The park is having more than 160 campsites spread over five campground areas. There is about 15 historic buildings and a antique farm equipment in Backus Heritage Village. The Backus Heritage Conservation Area is operated by the Long Point Region Conservation Authority.
