Rosewood is a wonderful historical property built in 1888. Set in an acre of perennial gardens with fish ponds and fountains, the manor gracefully blends privacy, nature, and modern conveniences for today’s traveler set within the city of Stratford. An upscale tea tasting bar awaits you in our front living room.

Full scrumptious breakfasts include traditional, vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic and Japanese.

Rosewood Manor Bed and Breakfast was originally built as the home for the brew-master for the brewery next door in 1888. Though the brewery is long gone the house remains and has served as a bed and breakfast for more than 27 years, and for the last seven it has been owned and operated by Karen Hartwick.

In addition to the bed and breakfast Rosewood Manor is also home to the renowned Stratford Tea Leaves Tea Tasting Bar. Guests are encouraged to use Karen’s – a certified tea sommelier - vast knowledge of tea to explore some of the more than 150 teas we carry.
