We are two blocks from the Avon River and easy walking distance to Downtown and the Festival Theatre. B & B consists of private entrance, guest lounge with satellite TV, and wireless internet. There are two queen rooms and one king/twin room, all with ensuite bathrooms. Dining area includes coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave and mini fridge. There is central air in the house. Feature item is a free draw, at the end of the Season, for a stained glass panel designed and made by your hostess, Jean. One ballot for each night's stay.
