Welcome to our modern back split Bed and Breakfast with guestrooms on two levels, providing accommodation for Shakespearean Festival Theatre goers. Indulge yourself in our spacious bed sitting rooms featuring a healthy continental breakfast with fresh heart healthy muffins, yogert, home made granola with maple syrup and olive oil. Home made jams and breads, herbal teas and endless coffee. Guests are invited to enjoy the perenial  gardens and the large 6 seat hot tub. We are across the atreet from the Avon River and Stratford Country Club Golf course. We offer an affordable option for travellers to Stratford.  Your hosts, Barbara and Hal hope you have an enjoyable stay.

We are a 15 minute walk to the Festival Theatre and less than a 10 minute drive to Avon Theater and downtown. Our Bed & Breakfast is smoke free and has central air conditioning. Each  ensuite guestroom is equipped with seating for 2or 3, a phone, cable TV and a fridge.

An easy to find, air conditioned, modern back split home that welcomeis visitors. A 15 minute walk to Festival Theatre and across from the golf course and river park. Relax in our bed sitting rooms and enjoy a casual, healthy continental breakfast. Guests are invited to enjoy the perenial gardens including a pond with waterfall and the 6 seater hot tub. Wireless internet access. Art photos for sale. Lots of original artwork, books and gardening magazines. Information available on area dining, shopping, theatre, churches and attractions.

Room # 1 has two double beds with one being extra long and beautiful patchwork bedspreads. It also has a golden oak wardrobe, cable TV, fridge, long distence phone and wireless internet.

Room # 2 has a pellow top queen bed and a 3' by 5' walk in shower. Also a golden oak wardrobe withsame as above extras

Room # 3 has a pellow top queen bed with a burgandy bedspread and is on the lower level on our back split All rooms look out onto the gardens and are quiet although we are on the bus route and 2 blocks from the main street. ( Ontario ) Keys are provided so you can come back as late as you want.
