Our comfortable and friendly home is less than a five minute walk to the Festival Theatre - and just a few minutes more to the downtown shopping core. Our tastefully decorated rooms are clean and spacious, all with an Ensuite bathroom, TV, fridge, coffee maker and wireless internet access. A delicious 3 course breakfast is served. We’re open all year round. Non-smoking.

On the first floor and throughout the house there are memorabilia from the lives of the featured performers. In the Actors lounge guests can relax watching satellite/cable TV or choose to view an old or new movie or one of Bill’s performances in a play on the DVD or VCR. One can choose to play a table top game including shuffle board, chess or the age old pastime of a good game of cards. There are the comfortable couches and chairs that entice you to sit and forget the outside world. You can escape to another reality that the performing arts and a quiet weekend in the country can offer to us all.
The Fireplace set provides the perfect mix of an old inn with a warm fire and lovely table settings on which you can enjoy a full Irish breakfast with a gourmet flair. If you crave a quiet interlude then curl up on one of the large over stuffed sofas with a good book or listen to a CD while enjoying the feeling of “home and hearth”. You can choose one of our collection of books on the lives of our artists, the history of their arts or have the decadent pleasure of a good mystery, romance or other novel from our library. Of course you can always bring along that novel or magazine you have just been dying to read but never seem to find the time. As any artist will tell you, time backstage is for the simple pleasures. Good food, books, music, movies, conversation and the time to relax and enjoy it all.
The dressing rooms feature photos, memorabilia and after careful research a style that evokes each artist. There is the drama of Pavarotti’s opera, the light sunshine and old world glamour of Hepburn, the down to earth New York by way of New Jersey style of Bosco and the English garden and love of dance evoked by Fontyne. Each dressing room provides comfort and relaxation in a setting steeped in backstage atmosphere. They have cable TV, private water closets with antique high tank toilets and air conditioning. Refrigerators for those midnight snacks one often craves and the comfortable amenities a star would expect in their dressing room.
