All our accommodations are suites, with a bedroom, a sitting room, and a bathroom, all self-contained. No sharing bathrooms with other guests. Each suite is like a private apartment. All our suites are "ensuite".
In Stratford, private bathroom means a bathroom for the use of guests in that particular room, but the bathroom may not be located in or next to the bedroom: it could be down a corridor. Ensuite bathroom means that the bathroom is in the bedroom or immediately adjacent and communicating with the bedroom.

Private enclosed summer porch in England suite. Through the French doors from the bedroom is an
enclosed summer porch, private, and perfect for morning coffee or a midnight glass of chardonnay.
Private balcony in Scotland Suite. This porch runs all the way across the front of the house. It has a pic-nic table and chairs. It gets early morning sun and evening sunset. Bathlovers: choose Scotland suite: This suite has a claw-foot tub in addition to a separate shower. Brenda provides bathsalts and all the other necessities for bath lovers.
Private balcony in Tower suite. With picnic table and chairs.

All bathroom facilities are modern. We renovated totally in 1999. All fixtures are modern.
Cable TV in all suites
Water Stratford water is hard. We use softened water for baths and showers. We use unsoftened water for tea/coffee and cooking, as softened water has a salt taste. Bottled water in each suite.
